Round HotTubs and Spas

Round hot tubs and spas are an increadibly popular style for any budget. The earliest hot tubs and spas ever made were round and made of wood. These days hot tubs and spas aren't genearlly made of wood, but in many cases they're still round! Because of the geometry of circles, you can actually fit more people in a round hot tub. Math isn't my strong suit so I'm not at all sure why this is the case, but you really can fit more relxed people in round hot tubs and spas. Generally speaking (and these measurements will vary based on body size and weight etc) you can fit two people in a four foot round hot tub, four to six people in a five foot round hot tub, six to eight people in a five to six foot round hot tub, and six to eight people in a seven foot hot tub.

If your round hot tub is a traditional wooden one, you can expect the water to take just a little longer to heat up than a regular acrylic hot tub. But then again, it usually stays hotter for longer periods of time, sometimes for much longer periods of time depending on the kind and quality of the wood used to produce the hot tub. But on the other hand, chances are that you aren't interested in wooded hot tubs and spas (people don't seem to be all that interested in them any more) so I'll just stop talking about them!

Types of round hot tubs: As I've sort of alluded to already, there are many different types of round hot tubs and spas. They can come in wood, or they can be made out of acrylic materials. Apart from materials, they can also come in above ground models as well as inground models. The type you choose will often depend on the type of space you have available for your hot tub, but it will also obviously depend on how much cash you are willing to spend. Inground hot tubs and spas are going to cost you more of your hard earned money but they have benefits that may outweigh the costs. This is really just going to come down to a matter of your own personal preferences.

Brands of round hot tubs and spas: There are many, many different brands of round hot tubs and spas available to you. On that I like is the Denali by Sundance spas. the 680 series small Denali may be the best solution for your space, as it goes equally well in your backyard, or on your patio or deck. It generally comes with 20 jets that are really quite thoughtfully placed throughout and take advantage of the roundness of the hot tub. There's plenty of room for children as well as full grown adults in this thing.
